    These services may be offered under monthly retainers, project-based contracts, or hourly rates depending on your package.

    b) CSR / Call Center Services

    Our customer service solutions include:

    • 24/7 inbound & outbound call handling

    • Email and live chat support

    • Bilingual support (if applicable)

    • Ticket resolution and CRM logging

    • Appointment scheduling & lead follow-ups

    We operate under defined hours and service-level agreements (SLAs) as mutually agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients must:

  • Provide accurate business information and access to necessary tools/platforms

  • Cooperate with feedback and approvals

  • Respect deadlines for deliverables and reviews

  • Refrain from engaging in unlawful or unethical requests

5. Payments & Billing

  • ll fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in service delays or suspension

  • No refunds for completed milestones or hours unless stated in the agreement

  • Recurring services are billed monthly unless canceled with written notice (minimum 14 days)

Payment methods include bank transfer and PayPal.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared information, including:

  • Client business data, customer lists, strategies

  • Pricing, analytics, and login credentials

We do not sell, lease, or misuse any data provided by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, creatives, and deliverables developed by Impacify under a paid agreement become the property of the client upon full payment.

Impacify retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests NDA or privacy restrictions.

8. Service Availability & Support

We strive to maintain a high level of service uptime and responsiveness. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted access due to:

  • System maintenance

  • Third-party outages

  • Internet issues outside our control

Support hours and communication channels (email, call, chat) are outlined in your service agreement.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., rankings, sales increase) but commit to industry best practices

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question
